Is the AAC board really free?
Yes. The board, custom photo tiles, voices, grammar support, switch scanning and care-team sharing are free with no time limit and no card. If you never pay us a cent, your child never loses their voice.
What happens if I cancel Parla+?
You drop back to the free plan instantly. Your board, history, milestones and reports all stay. You simply return to the weekly AI allowance.
Why charge for the AI at all?
Every AI coach message and insight extraction costs us real money to run. Charging for the coaching layer is what lets us give the communication tool itself away.
Can my therapist pay instead of me?
Yes. If your SLP is on Pro Clinician, the children on their caseload get the paid features for free while they're a client.
